API产品质量审查专家现场如何对用户使用的工作量规进行验收？

    API产品质量审查验收人员对用户单位检查时，首先查石油专用工作量规是否有校准证书，鉴定机构所使用的校对量规是否已溯源到北京中国计量科学研究院的国家基准，能否提供出北京出具的校对量规的校准证书。若所使用的校对量规未送北京进行鉴定，则该校对量规对工作量规的鉴定结果是无效的。其次要查API Spec7石油钻杆接头校对量规的编号（4位数），此编号在美国API学会达拉斯办事处备案。若满足以上条件，则量规审验通过。

1、原始规存放在美国国家标准技术研究院

2、API授权可以鉴定校对规的机构共有以下7家：

1）阿根廷，布宜诺斯艾利斯：国家工业技术研究所

2）意大利，罗马：精密电子设备军工厂

3）美国，马里兰，盖瑟斯堡：国家标准和技术研究院

4）英国，密得塞斯，特丁顿：国家物理实物室

5）日本，茨本：国家计量研究实验室

6）澳大利亚，新南威尔士，其本得尔：国家标准实验室（限于规格不大于8 5/8

的量规）

7）中国·北京：中国计量科学研究院。

3、校对规的鉴定：必须送往以上6家机构之一进行鉴定，才能得到API承认。

4、工作规的鉴定：必然使用符合API规范量值溯源要求的校对规对其进行鉴定，才能得到API的认可，产品验收则能通过。量规的相互关系：API量值传递系统实际上是四级量值传递系统，简单可用以下形式表示出来。

可见，原始规用来检验地区规，地区规用来检验校对规，校对规检验工作规以此类推直至工作规检验接头螺纹，上一级塞规检验下一级环规，上一级环规检验下一级塞规，检查的唯一项目是传递紧密距。
